Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH) has successfully launched MIAX Futures Onyx, a proprietary trading platform designed for agricultural and financial futures, as well as options on futures. The platform leverages the same technology that powers MIAX exchanges, aiming to set a new standard for speed and reliability in the futures industry.

Thomas P. Gallagher, Chairman and CEO of MIH, emphasized the company's commitment to supporting the agricultural sector, particularly through collaboration with Minneapolis HRSW market participants. The platform is expected to expand product offerings and clearing services for MIAX Futures customers, with full rollout anticipated in the second half of 2025 pending CFTC approval.
